• Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
• Tickets purchased online are not eligible for discounts, schemes or promotions of any kind.
• Online purchase of maximum number of tickets are limited to 10 nos. per day for single screen.
• It is mandatory to present your booking confirmation (SMS / computer printout) at the designated counter while collecting your ticket.
• This transaction is being carried out over a secure payment gateway.
• Tickets should be purchased for children above 3 years.
• Tickets purchased online for a particular show are valid for that show only.
• Kindly carry proof of age for 'A' rated films.
• Persons under the age of 18 cannot be admitted for movies certified 'A'.
• Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by the management as well as the local authorities.
• All kind of refund in failure of credit/debit card transaction due to unforeseen error will be considered only after clarification.

• Customer agrees to pay additional Bank charges, if any.
